1. Care Home Manager (Registered Manager)
Laxton Hall Polish Residential Care Home – Corby, Northamptonshire
We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Home Manager to lead Laxton Hall, a residential care home dedicated to providing safe, dignified and person-centred care within a culturally supportive environment.
This role is about more than management — it is about leadership, integrity and making a genuine difference to the lives of residents.
About the Role
As Home Manager and Registered Manager, you will:

Lead a caring, committed team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
-
Create a safe, inclusive and respectful home where residents feel valued
-
Champion safeguarding, dignity and residents’ wellbeing
-
Build positive relationships with families, professionals and regulators
-
Ensure the effective day-to-day management of the Home, including staffing, compliance and operational standards

Ensure the Home meets all regulatory, quality and safety standards
About You
You will be:

An experienced care leader with a strong values-based approach
-
Fluent in Polish and English, with cultural awareness and empathy
-
Confident in leading teams, managing quality and making decisions
-
Comfortable taking responsibility for safeguarding, compliance and the overall performance of the Home
-
Committed to continuous improvement and high professional standards
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (or willingness to work towards it) and a valid driving licence are required.

2. Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager
St Anthony’s Home – Sheltered Housing Scheme
We are seeking a compassionate, practical and committed Scheme Manager to lead St Anthony’s Home, a sheltered housing scheme supporting residents in later life to live safely, independently and with dignity.
This is a hands-on role in a small, close-knit scheme, where the Scheme Manager is often the sole person on duty and plays a central role in residents’ daily wellbeing, support and the smooth running of the service.
About the Role
As Sheltered Housing Scheme Manager, you will:

Take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of St Anthony’s Home
-
Provide hands-on support, reassurance and practical assistance to residents
-
Create a safe, welcoming and respectful environment where residents feel valued
-
Be the main point of contact for residents, families, professionals and contractors
-
Manage a small team of part-time staff, including rotas, annual leave and cover
-
Complete administrative tasks while on duty, maintaining accurate records and reports
-
Ensure the scheme operates safely and in line with organisational policies and procedures
About You
You will be:

Experienced in sheltered or supported housing, or a similar environment
-
Comfortable working independently and managing a service on your own
-
Compassionate, calm and approachable, with a resident-focused outlook
-
Organised and able to balance resident support with administrative responsibilities
-
Confident supervising staff and managing rotas, leave and day-to-day issues
-
Fluent in Polish and English, with cultural awareness and sensitivity
A valid driving licence is required.
